A festive cocktail to get you into the holiday spirit!

Adapted from The Roundabout Diner

Makes 2-4 servings

4 cups ice cubes
1 cup pineapple juice
½ cup blue Curacao
½ cup crème de coconut
sugar rim
1 pineapple garnish

Mix ice cubes and the ingredients in a blender, then serve with sugar rim and pineapple garnish.
