Restaurant Week Portsmouth 2015's winner of the cocktail challenge was bartender Timeena Hartford from Cure Restaurant in Portsmouth, NH. The winning drink was titled “Neapolitan’s Secret”

Layer 1 – muddled, strained stewed strawberries with vanilla infused Tito’s Vodka
Layer 2 – Forbidden Secret Cream Liquor and Patron XO Cafe
Layer 3 – Vanilla infused cream
Serve in a martini glass and garnish with sliced strawberries on a skewer and rim glass with chocolate syrup and crushed hazelnuts.
