Epoch Restaurant & Bar and The Community Oven have teamed up for a Cheers for a Cure drink promotion to support LUNGSTRONG, a nonprofit dedicated to raising funds for innovative lung cancer research. Each restaurant is donating a portion of the sales from their signature drink creations to this worthy cause, thru Labor Day.

 LUNGSTRONG Summer Breeze

Adapted by Seth Dunne, Food and Beverage Manager, Epoch Restaurant and Bar

2 oz Uncle Val’s Botanical Gin
1 oz St. Germaine Elderflower Liqueur
Sprig of fresh mint
Topped off with soda water

Add gin and liqueur to a shaker with ice. Shake briefly and add to Collins glass. Top with soda water and sprig of mint

LUNGSTRONG Lemonade

Adapted by bartender Tara Higgins, The Community Oven

Ingredients:
1½ ounces blueberry vodka
Lemonade

Fill a tall glass with ice and add vodka; fill rest of glass with fresh lemonade. Shake in cocktail shaker to combine. Garnish with a lemon.
