Restaurant Week Portsmouth Spring 2018's cocktail challenge winner was bartender Jared Berry from The Wilder in Portsmouth, NH. The winning drink is titled "Don't Call Me a Flip" featuring Hendrick’s Gin.
Six local bartenders competed for the coveted title this year. Erik Andersson, Hendrick’s Gin Ambassador, along with partners Chris Reed from William Grant & Sons Inc and Kitty Malloy from Martignetti Companies of NNE sponsored the event.

1/2 ounce Lemon
1/2 ounce Spiced Grapefruit Cordial
1/4 ounce Vanilla Condensed Milk
3/4 ounce Egg White
2 ounces Hendrick's Gin
Add all ingredients, reverse double shake (wet, then dry), and double strain into a stemmed collins glass with Crushed Juniper Rim & Grapefruit Strap. Fill with ice, add a very small splash of soda.
