A simply delightful modern gin cocktail, infused with cucumber and rose botanicals.

Serves 1

3 fresh basil leaves, plus additional for garnish
3 slices cucumber, plus additional for garnish
¾ ounce simple syrup
1½ ounces Hendrick’s Gin
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice

In a cocktail shaker, muddle basil, cucumber, and simple syrup. Add gin, lemon juice, and ice. Shake well and fine strain into an iced double rocks glass. Garnish with basil and a cucumber slice and serve.
