Hog Toddy, the winning cocktail for Restaurant Week Portsmouth Fall 2018 was created by bartender Ashley Reynolds of Agave Mexican Bistro Dos. This delicious, festive drink will warm you up on the coldest winter day.

Adapted from Agave Mexican Bistro

Makes 1 serving

1 ½ oz Applewood Smoked Bacon Washed West Cork Whiskey
1 oz Benedictine
1 oz Fresh Maple Syrup
3 oz House made Mulled Apple Cider

1. Warm up mulled apple cider till hot.
2. Add West Cork Whiskey, Benedictine, maple syrup and stir.
3. Garnish with a thin lemon slice and Applewood smoked bacon washed with the whiskey and wrap around a toothpick.
